Your Wellbeing Matters

Employee Assistance Programme
You will have access to confidential help and support 24 hours a day; 7 days a week. Resources include crisis support, confidential counselling, a legal helpline, wellbeing webinars and health assessments, financial advice, smoking cessation and weight loss programmes.
Workplace Health and Wellbeing
Should you experience ill health throughout your employment with us, our occupational health provider is on hand to support your recovery and/or wellbeing.
Mental Health First Aiders
To improve mental wellbeing outcomes for our staff, we are proud to have a cohort of Mental Health First Aiders across the organisation, who are trained to spot the symptoms of mental health issues, offer initial help and signpost to appropriate services.
In addition, staff can access:
- Free eye care
- Free flu jabs (for frontline staff)
- Training, information and support on a variety of wellbeing matters
