Pension
Your pension is a valuable part of your reward package. Southend-on-Sea City Council provide membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) to employees aged under 75 who have a contract of employment that is for at least 3 months.

In addition to a generous annual leave entitlement, from 25 days up to 32 days based on length of service, Southend-on-Sea City Council also offers a range of flexible working and family friendly leave.
